The App provides AI-powered plant identification and plant-related information by analyzing images submitted by users. It also includes an AI-powered Plant Expert chat feature for educational and informational purposes.

By using the App, you agree to:

* Use the App only for lawful purposes.

* Submit only images that you have the right to use.

* Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services.

* Understand that the App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

The App is not intended to replace professional botanical, agricultural, horticultural, or medical advice.

## 2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional premium subscriptions, including:

* Weekly Subscription

* Monthly Subscription

* Yearly Subscription

Premium subscriptions unlock additional features and enhanced AI capabilities.

## 3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are processed securely through Apple via your App Store account.

By purchasing a subscription:

* Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.

* Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

* Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

## 4. Free Trial

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial.

If offered:

* You will not be charged during the trial period.

* Unless canceled before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.

* You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

## 5. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by:

1. Opening **Settings** on your Apple device.

2. Tapping your **Apple ID**.

3. Selecting **Subscriptions**.

4. Choosing the Plant Identifier subscription.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

Please note:

* Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee lifetime availability of the App.

* Features and services may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

## 6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, branding, graphics, logos, and functionality within the App are owned by **Eeman Fatima** or licensed appropriately.

You may not:

* Copy or redistribute the App.

* Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

* Modify or create derivative works without permission.

## 7. AI Identification Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI technologies to analyze plant images and answer plant-related questions.

Although we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee:

* Correct identification of every plant.

* Complete or error-free information.

* Accuracy of AI-generated responses.

Users should independently verify important information before making decisions involving poisonous plants, edible plants, medical use, or agricultural treatment.

When you upload plant images:

* You retain ownership of your images.

* You grant the App permission to process the images solely for providing plant identification and AI responses.

* Images are processed through third-party AI services as necessary to deliver the requested functionality.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

* The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

* We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or accuracy.

* We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App or reliance on AI-generated information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if:
